1. All items are 100% brand new. Item will only be reserved when buyers asked to. Enquires for items are not considering as reservation.

2. Cinderella Shop works in first come first serve basis. No back outs is allowed after the payment has been made.

3. Goods sold are not EXCHANGEABLE or REFUNDABLE.

4. All postage charges to be borne by buyer.COD is available for minimum order of RM50 at Gurney Plaza,Queensbay Mall,Prangin Mall)

5. Cinderella Shop will not be responsible for any lost or
damage during the course of delivery.

6. Payment is to be made within 3 days after making the order or else the item will be letting go to others. However, if there are more than one customer who request for the items, item will let go to the one who pay first.

7. FULL PAYMENT is needed before any restocks else items will not be collected.

8. We reserve the rights to cancel your order if the item(s) out of stock or the payment was not made within 3 days, and will fully refund to your account.
